Most paint by numbers sellers assemble their kits from three or four suppliers, which is why colours run out, brushes shed and line quality drifts between batches. We keep printing, paint filling, brush sourcing, card printing and packing in our own Qingdao facility, so the kit your customer opens in month six is identical to the sample you approved.
Every production run is checked twice: once against the approved digital proof, and once as a physical pre-shipment inspection on a random sample from each carton.

Our in-house design team converts customer photos, illustrations and licensed artwork into paint by numbers line art that actually paints well: simplified shapes, consistent line weight, a colour count your painters can finish, and numbers that stay readable on a 40×50 cm canvas.

2. Free mockup and quote
Within 24 hours you get a digital mockup, a unit price at your quantity, and a realistic ship date.
3. Approve a sample
Order one or two physical samples (3–7 days) or approve the proof digitally if you already know the spec.
4. Production and FOB Qingdao
8–15 days production, pre-shipment QC report, then delivery to your forwarder or straight to your door.

Questions buyers ask before their first order
What is your minimum order quantity for paint by numbers kits?
50 kits per design for our stock designs, and 100 kits per design when we print your logo on the canvas, box or cards. Custom paint by numbers from your own photo start at 100 kits, or 1 kit if you only need a personal gift. Dropshipping has no minimum at all — we pick, pack and ship single orders.
How long is production and delivery?
Production is 8–15 days after you approve the artwork, depending on quantity and packaging. Express delivery (DHL, UPS or FedEx) is usually 5–9 days door to door, and sea freight to your port takes 25–40 days. FOB Qingdao is our standard term, so you can also use your own forwarder.
Do you really design for free?
Yes. Photo conversion, line-art creation, colour separation, packaging layout and digital mockups are included with every order — no design fee and no tooling fee. You only pay for kits. Extra illustration work or licensed-artwork cleanup is quoted separately if it is unusually complex.
Can I put my logo on the canvas, box and cards?
Yes, on all of them: canvas edge or backing board, mailer box or sleeve, insert, reference card, thank-you card, brush handles and even the paint pot lids. Send vector artwork (AI, PDF or SVG) and we will show the placement in a mockup before printing.
Do you supply Amazon FBA, 3PL warehouses and Shopify stores?
We do. We can ship FBA-ready cartons with FNSKU labels and poly bags, deliver to your 3PL in the US, UK or EU, or fulfil individual Shopify, WooCommerce and Etsy orders with blind packing and tracking uploads.
What are your payment terms?
Samples are paid in full by PayPal or bank transfer. Production orders are normally 30% deposit with the balance against the pre-shipment inspection report, T/T in USD. For repeat customers we can discuss 30-day terms after three completed orders.
