Ordering, MOQ and samples
What is your minimum order quantity?
50 kits per design for stock designs in standard packaging, 100 kits per design for private label, OEM and custom packaging, and 1 kit for personal custom gifts. Dropshipping has no minimum — single orders are fine.
Can I order samples before a production run?
Yes, and we recommend it. Samples are one kit per design at US$25–45 including express delivery, dispatched in 3–7 days. The sample cost is credited against your first production order of 300+ kits.
Do you charge for design or tooling?
No. Photo conversion, line art, colour mapping and digital mockups of the canvas and packaging are free, with two revision rounds. Packaging is digitally printed, so there are no plates or dies on standard boxes. Original illustration commissioned from scratch is quoted separately.
Can I mix designs within my MOQ?
Yes. The minimum applies per design, so 50 kits can be split as 10 kits across five designs. Mixed cartons are standard for stock orders.
How do I place an order?
Email your specification or use the form on the contact page. We confirm the spec, send a proforma invoice, take a 30% deposit, produce, send a QC report, take the balance and ship FOB Qingdao or by express.
Product specification and customisation
What canvas sizes and weights do you offer?
30×40 cm, 40×50 cm and 50×70 cm as standard, in 280, 320 or 400 gsm cotton-blend canvas, rolled in a tube or mounted on a pine frame. Custom sizes are available from 300 kits.
How many paint colours are included?
24 as standard, with 16, 36 and 48 available. Paints are water-based acrylics with high opacity, filled in 3 ml or 5 ml numbered pots with sealed lids.
Can you print my logo on the canvas and packaging?
Yes — canvas edge, backing board, box, sleeve, insert, reference card, thank-you card and brush handles. Send vector artwork and we will show placement in a mockup before printing. See our OEM and private label service.
Do you print in other languages?
Yes. Packaging, instruction sheets and cards can be printed in any language you supply, and we can arrange translation review for major European languages and Japanese.
Can you supply barcodes, FNSKU labels and market labels?
Yes. We apply EAN/UPC barcodes, Amazon FNSKU labels, poly bag warnings and EU GPSR producer/importer details during packing — send the label artwork and we handle application.
Shipping, payment and after-sales
What are your lead times?
8–15 days production after artwork approval, depending on quantity and customisation. Samples in 3–7 days. Express delivery after dispatch is typically 5–9 days door to door; sea freight to your port is 25–40 days.
What shipping terms do you offer?
FOB Qingdao as standard, plus EXW, CIF and door-to-door air or sea. We ship to your forwarder, your 3PL, Amazon FBA warehouses, or direct to your customers for dropship orders.
What payment methods and terms do you accept?
T/T in USD (30% deposit, balance against the QC report) and PayPal for samples. Repeat customers can discuss 30-day terms after three completed orders. We do not accept cash-in-advance-only arrangements with new accounts.
Do you sign NDAs and keep my designs private?
Yes. We sign an NDA before receiving artwork, keep customer files confidential, exclude them from our catalogue and never resell them. Designs are deleted on request.
What happens if kits arrive damaged or short?
Every shipment is counted and photographed before dispatch. Report shortages or damage with photos within 7 days of delivery and we replace the affected kits in your next run or credit them.
Do you offer exclusivity?
For private label and OEM designs, yes — we can confirm in writing that we will not sell your design or artwork to anyone else. Category-wide exclusivity is available for distributors with committed volume.
