What your customer actually receives
The parcel is plain on the outside and clean on the inside. Canvas is rolled around a core and protected, paint pots are bagged and sealed so a leaked pot cannot ruin the canvas, and the box is sized to avoid empty space that lets contents move.
If you supply an insert card or sticker, we place it in the box before sealing. If you do not, we ship without any of our own marketing — no catalogues, no invoices, no brand names.

Is there really no minimum order?
For stock designs, yes — one kit per parcel is fine. If you need custom artwork or branded packaging, minimums apply (100 kits per design) because of setup time. Many sellers start dropshipping with stock designs, then move to private label once a design proves itself.
Can you ship without any of your branding?
Yes. Blind shipping is our standard for dropship accounts: plain outer parcel, no factory invoice, no marketing inserts and no mention of our brand. Your own insert, sticker or thank-you card is added on request at no charge.
How do I get tracking numbers into Shopify?
We return a CSV with order reference, carrier, tracking number and dispatch date. Your store's order-import app or Shopify's fulfilment endpoint maps it to the right order. We can also send tracking numbers individually by email if you prefer.
Who handles customs, duties and returns?
You are the importer of record when parcels ship to your customers, so duties and import VAT are the customer's responsibility and vary by country. Returns are usually uneconomical from the destination country — we handle damaged or defective parcels by replacement or refund instead.
Do you supply product photos and descriptions?
Yes. Every catalogue design comes with original photography, a suggested title, weight and dimensions, and a description you can edit. Custom designs include a mockup you can use as the main listing image.
What payment method do dropship accounts use?
Small volumes are paid per batch by PayPal or bank transfer before dispatch. Higher-volume accounts can move to a weekly invoice with a deposit, agreed after the first month of steady orders.
