A paint by numbers factory in Qingdao that brands actually talk to
We are a manufacturer, not a trading company: our own workshop, our own designers, our own printing and paint filling, and a small English-speaking team that answers your emails in the same time zone you are working in — just later in the day.
- Own factory in Chengyang District, Qingdao, Shandong
- In-house design studio converting photos and artwork to numbered canvases
- Printing, paint filling, brush assembly, card printing and packing on site
- Customers in 40+ countries, from one-person brands to distributors

We started because the kits we bought were disappointing
Our founders came out of the arts-and-crafts export trade, where paint by numbers kits were treated as a commodity: thin canvas, watery paints, numbers printed so small that older painters gave up. The kits sold, but they did not make anyone fall in love with painting.
We built our own workshop in Qingdao to fix the four things that break a kit: line readability at print size, paint opacity, brush quality and packaging that survives shipping. Everything else — the colour mapping, the reference cards, the thank-you cards — exists to make the first hour of painting feel easy.
Today we manufacture for subscription boxes, gift retailers, marketplace sellers and independent studios. Some of our customers order 50 kits at a time; some order 20,000. They get the same specification and the same inspection.
Free design is a business decision, not a promotion
Charging for design pushes small brands to skip it — and then they launch with a bad conversion, blurry lines and a product they cannot photograph well. Free mockups make our customers launch faster and reorder more, which is worth far more to us than a design fee.
It also keeps the design work inside the same team that will print it. Nothing is lost in translation between an external studio and the production floor.
- Designers sit next to the print operators, so we test readability on real output
- Mockups are approved before production — no surprises in the carton
- Colour counts are recommended by budget and audience, not upsold
- Brand assets archived so reorders take one email, not a new project

Six checks before your cartons leave the building
1. Proof check
Printed sheet compared against the approved mockup: line weight, number size, crop.
2. Colour check
Paint pots matched to the colour map; opacity tested on canvas offcuts.
3. Fill check
Random pots weighed to confirm 3 ml minimum fill and sealed lids.
4. Brush check
Bristle pull test on a sample from every brush batch.
5. Pack check
Box assembly, insert placement, barcode scan and seal integrity.
6. Pre-shipment
AQL-based random inspection with photo report sent before the balance payment.

“I asked eleven factories for a private label quote. Two replied, and only this one sent a mockup with my logo actually on the box. Three years and four SKUs later, still with them.”
Sofia L., Brand owner · Spain
“Consistent paint batches are the reason I stay. My customers repaint the same designs, so a colour drifting between orders would be very visible.”
Daniel K., Wholesale buyer · Australia
“Their designers noticed the faces in my photo were too small to read on canvas and suggested a crop. That honesty saved the whole run.”
Aya N., Studio owner · Singapore
