There is no stripped-down "wholesale version". Every kit — whether you order 50 or 50,000 — contains the full component set, because returns and bad reviews cost you more than the components cost us.

Mixed cartons, rolling reorders, no long contracts
You do not have to commit to one design or one pallet. Tell us your best sellers and we will build a mixed carton with the right spread of designs — for example 20 kits of your hero SKU and 10 each of three support designs.
Reorder lead times are shorter than first orders because artwork, colour mapping and packaging are already approved and stored on file. Most reorders ship inside 8–10 days.

Wholesale terms, in plain English
Do I have to order 50 of the same design?
No. The 50-kit minimum applies per design, but you can spread it across several designs — for example 10 kits each of five designs. Below 50 per design we can still print, but the unit price rises because of setup time.
Are the prices on this page final?
They are indicative FOB Qingdao ranges for a 40×50 cm, 24-colour kit with a standard box, published to help you plan. Your written quotation confirms the exact unit price for your size, colour count, brush set and packaging.
Can I sell the kits under my own brand?
Yes. Stock designs can ship in plain or custom packaging with your logo, which is our most common wholesale setup. If you also want changes to the canvas, colours or instructions, that becomes a private label or OEM project with a 100-kit minimum per design.
What documents do you provide for importing?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, plus a certificate of origin on request. For the EU we supply the required producer and importer details for GPSR compliance, and for food-contact-adjacent parts we can provide material declarations for paints and brushes.
How do you protect my designs?
We never resell, publish or reuse customer artwork, and we do not add client designs to our public catalogue. On request we sign an NDA before receiving files — most of our OEM customers ask for one, and it is a standard five-minute step.
What about damaged kits and shortages?
Every shipment is counted and photographed before it leaves. If a carton arrives short or damaged in transit, send photos within 7 days and we replace the affected kits in your next run or credit them — our standard wholesale terms cover it.
